1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Funnel.lu website and any dashboard services provided byKiitos.lu (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Funnel.lu designs and builds custom data dashboards for marketing and sales leaders. Each dashboard is a bespoke project scoped, designed, and delivered according to the specifications agreed upon during the consultation and proposal process.

3. Engagement and payment

• All projects begin with a free consultation. A written proposal is provided before any commitment.
• Pricing, scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the project proposal. Work begins only upon acceptance of the proposal by both parties.
• Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.
• Dashboards are delivered as a one-time investment. Ongoing maintenance, if requested, is covered under a separate agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom dashboard(s) delivered to you, including design files and source code specific to your project.

All content on the Funnel.lu website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — remains the intellectual property of Kiitos.luand may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Client responsibilities

• You agree to provide timely access to data sources, credentials, and feedback required for project delivery.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.
• Delays in providing required access or feedback may impact delivery timelines.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, credentials, strategies, and any non-public information exchanged during the project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiitos.lu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We deliver dashboards with professional care and skill. However, the website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that it will be free of errors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
